Admission Procedure

Registration & Admission

  • Registration/Admission forms for the new academic year are made available at the school office.
  • There is no written Test for admission in PRG (Nursery).
  • Admission to the Next the upper classes the student has to qualify a written test.
  • Registration is no guarantee for admission and registration fee is not refundable.
  • At the time of admission a candidate has to submit the following documents with admission form.
    • T.C (TRANSFER CERTIFICATE) (IF APPICABLE)
    • Proof of Date of Birth/Copy of the Birth Certificate.
    • Five Ppassport Sized Photographs of the Child.
    • Two Passport Size Photographs Of Father & Mother (Separately) Two Passport Size Photographs Of Local (Third) Guardian.
    • Copy of the Progress Report From the Previous School (if Applicable)
    • Copy of the Immunization Details (if applicable)
    • Xerox Copy Of Aadhar Card
  • Admission is being guaranteed on First come serve basis, till the avaibility of seats.
  • On Grant of admission: Completion of admission formalities including payment of fee within the given period.

FOR KINDERGARTEN CLASSES

    • GIRLS : Royal blue tunic & pink shirt, royal blue socks, black shoes
    • BOYS : Royal blue trousers, pink shirt, royal blue socks, black shoes
    • WINTER
    • GIRLS : Royal blue tights, royal blue pullover & Royal blue woolen cap or scarf with the above uniform.
    • BOYS : Royal blue pullover/blazer and cap with the above uniform.
    • FOR CLASSES 1ST - XTH
    • GIRLS : Black skirts, Yellow half/full sleeve shirt, Black socks and black leather shoes, Black tie and belt, white ribbon/hair band.
    • ON WEDNESDAY : White skirt, white shirt, white socks, white canvas shoes with prescribed tie and belt.
    • ON STURDAY : House Dress
    • FOR WINTER : Black tights (White tights on Wednesday), Black sweater/blazer, black woolen cap or scarf with the above uniform.
    • BOYS : Black trousers, Yellow half/full sleeve shirt, Black socks and black leather shoes, Black tie and belt.
    • ON WEDNESDAY : White trousers, white half/full sleeve shirts, white socks, and white canvas shoes with prescribed tie and belt.
    • ON STURDAY : House Dress.
    • FOR WINTER :Black sweater/blazer, black woolen cap with the above uniform.
Note : Black blazers are compulsory for std.- IV onwards for boys and girls with the above uniform in winters.

The School Year

The school follows the annual calendar of the department of Education. The school session beings in April and closes in March .Summer vacation is usually in the months of May and June. Short breaks are provided around Durgapuja, Dipawali, Christmas and New Year. Dates for vacations vary each year & it must be verified from the school almanac. Gazetted Holidays are followed as per government rules. Details about school events are also listed in the school almanac.
